By accessing and using BeeL.es, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Carlos Martínez García-Villarrubia (hereinafter "BeeL.es", "we", "our") regarding the use of the website and the services offered.
3. Purpose of the Service
BeeL.es is invoicing software designed for freelancers and small businesses in Spain, with a special focus on compliance with the Verifactu regulations of the Spanish Tax Agency.
The service is provided "as is" in its current version. We reserve the right to modify, improve or discontinue the service at any time, with prior notice to users when appropriate.
4. Beta Program
By joining the beta program, you accept that:
- The software may contain errors or perform imperfectly
- Your comments and suggestions may be used to improve the product
- Access to the beta program is limited and may be revoked at any time
5. Verifactu Compliance
BeeL.es is designed to comply with Verifactu requirements under current regulations. However, it is the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of the software complies with all applicable tax and legal obligations.
6. Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, code and other materials on BeeL.es are the property of BeeL.es and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
BeeL.es shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Tarragona, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

11. General Terms of Contract
When the BeeL.es service is commercially available, the following conditions will apply:
- Prices and plans will be published on the website
- Payments will be processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions will renew automatically unless previously canceled
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard
- A free trial period of 7 days is offered before the first charge
- You may cancel during the trial period at no charge
