2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BeeL.es, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HONEY SOLUTIONS, S.L. (hereinafter "BeeL.es", "we", "our") regarding the use of the website and the services offered.

3. Purpose of the Service

BeeL.es is invoicing software designed for freelancers and small businesses in Spain, with a special focus on compliance with the Verifactu regulations of the Spanish Tax Agency.

The service is provided "as is" in its current version. We reserve the right to modify, improve or discontinue the service at any time, with prior notice to users when appropriate.

4. Beta Program

By joining the beta program, you accept that:

• The software may contain errors or perform imperfectly
• Your comments and suggestions may be used to improve the product
• Access to the beta program is limited and may be revoked at any time

5. Verifactu Compliance

BeeL.es is designed to comply with Verifactu requirements under current regulations. However, it is the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of the software complies with all applicable tax and legal obligations.

6. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code and other materials on BeeL.es are the property of BeeL.es and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

BeeL.es shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Girona, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free-access platform for alternative online dispute resolution, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. General Terms of Contract

When the BeeL.es service is commercially available, the following conditions will apply:

• Prices and plans will be published on the website
• Payments will be processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions will renew automatically unless previously canceled
• Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard
• A free trial period of 7 days is offered before the first charge
• You may cancel during the trial period at no charge

13. API Terms of Use

By subscribing to the Developer plan and using the BeeL.es REST API, the user agrees to the following additional conditions:

• The API is provided exclusively to integrate BeeL.es invoicing functionality into the user's own systems or their clients' systems.
• It is expressly prohibited to use the API to develop, directly or indirectly, a product or service that competes with BeeL.es.
• Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing API access to third parties without prior written authorization from BeeL.es is not permitted.
• The user may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the API or its components.
• API usage is limited to the quotas established in the contracted plan. Abuse or excessive use may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.
• BeeL.es reserves the right to modify, deprecate or remove API endpoints with a minimum 30-day notice, except in security emergencies.
• Data accessed through the API is the property of the user. BeeL.es will not use the user's invoicing data for purposes other than providing the service.
• Using the API implies acceptance of security best practices: API keys are confidential, the user is responsible for their safekeeping and must immediately notify any unauthorized use.
• BeeL.es does not guarantee 100% API availability, although it commits to maintaining a minimum monthly availability of 99.5%. Service status is public at status.beel.es.

Breach of these conditions may result in immediate suspension of API access and, where applicable, termination of the contract without right to refund.
