Can Checkout metadata be mapped to the invoice?

Yes. You'll be able to configure which metadata fields from the Checkout session are included in the invoice, such as internal references, order numbers, etc.

What happens with checkouts from customers who don't provide a tax ID?

If the customer doesn't provide a tax ID, BeeL. generates a simplified invoice with the available data (name and email). It still complies with Verifactu.

Does it work with Stripe's Custom Checkout?

Yes. Any Checkout session that results in a completed payment, regardless of customization, will generate an automatic invoice.
